In 20th-23rd July in Cracow, a team of modelers and aviation enthusiast have restored painting of TS-11 Iskra 3H-1409 i Polish Aviation Museum. She was repainted in original colors from 1992, when 40th anniversary of 28 Fighter Regiment was celebrated.
Idea of Iskra restoration
It started, when Filip Jereczek-Bambrowicza (firma ModelMaker), was preparing a set of TS-11 decals for combat regiments. It was realized, that 1409 is now in Polish Aviation Museum collection in Cracow.
ModelMaker prepared paints and masks and transportation for team. Museum has prepared airplane painted with white.

Painting of Iskra 3H-1409
It took 72 hours to paint Iskra 3H-1409. 200 working hours of team members from 20th July to high noon 23rd July.
From this place we would like to thank the entire crew, employees of the Polish Aviation Museum, Lord of the Director Krzysztof Radwan, Krzysztof Mroczkowski and in particular Peter Łopalewski thattook care over our crew, helped, often saving us from oppression.
